🚚 How long does shipping take?

We ship from the heart of Europe — Czech Republic — and standard delivery takes 1-2 business days within the EU.

🌡️ How long does it keep drinks hot or cold?

Up to 6 hours hot, up to 12 hours cold — thanks to our double-wall vacuum GlacialFlow insulation. Whether it’s steamy coffee or iced matcha, Whalecup’s got your back.

🥤 What if I lose a straw?

No stress. We offer single stainless steel straws (durable, super spill-safe), as well as extra lids and silicone seals — all compatible with Hydro Flow 2.0.

🧼 Can I put Whalecup in the dishwasher?

Short answer? We recommend handwashing — and here’s why.

Whalecup tumblers are finished with an eco-friendly powder coating that gives them their sleek, premium look. It's part of our commitment to keeping things clean — not just your drink, but the planet too.

While the tumbler might survive a few dishwasher cycles, the high heat can eventually cause the coating to crack. We’d rather you keep your Whalecup looking fresh for years, not months.
